Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

This right applies without the need to justify the decision and without incurring any cost, except for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If your order has been paid but not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation at any time. In this case, a full refund will be processed without delay.

Exceptions

Some products may be excluded from cancellation or withdrawal rights, particularly if they fall under exceptions stated in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, such as:

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
