1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold through our online store are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, as provided by Directive (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods, and transposed into Spanish law via Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

Duration

  • 2-year legal warranty from the date of delivery of the product.
  • This warranty applies to new consumer goods purchased by individuals for personal use (non-professional purposes).

Scope

If a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery (e.g., malfunctioning, missing parts, or not as described), the consumer has the right to request:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Contract termination and full refund

These remedies are free of charge for the consumer, including shipping, labor, and materials.

Important Notes:

  • During the first 12 months, the lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise by the seller.
  • After the first 12 months, the burden of proof may shift to the consumer unless otherwise agreed.

2. Commercial Warranty (Voluntary Warranty)

In addition to the legal guarantee, certain products may be covered by a commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer or the seller. This warranty:

  • Is voluntary and does not replace or reduce the consumer’s legal rights.
  • May extend beyond the 2-year legal period.
  • Must be clearly stated in the product description and provided in a durable medium (e.g., email or downloadable document).

If a commercial warranty is offered, it must include:

  • The duration
  • Scope
  • Name and address of the warrantor
  • Procedures for claiming the warranty

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, cables) unless defective at the time of delivery

4. Procedure for Warranty Claims

  • Repaired or replacement items will be shipped free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty:

  • The consumer may bear the inspection and shipping costs.
